This is a coin version of the Vegas Big Gold Belt. Originally made to replace the Big Gold Belt on WWF television after WCW sued to have it removed. It later appeared at WCW Fall Brawl 1994 during the Ric Flair/Hulk Hogan segment. Flair was in Vegas, hence the name.
