Up for sale is a new Halloween Windsock from BIG LOTS. I think this is from around the 90s by the style. This fun decoration features a smiling pumpkin jack-o'-lantern with a red bowtie and has 2 friendly ghosts by it's side. Instead of having typical windsock streamers, this pumpkin face has a full body with long legs and arms. The package doesn't state how long it is but folded in the package I measure about 13 inches so I would guess it's around 26 inches or so. This is very vibrant with a 2D effect the way it was sewn.
