Vintage double sided German porcelain serving dish, featuring a very beautiful bright red hand-painted lobster design by Carl Tielsch Altwasser on white porcelain. The lobster body serves as handle. Has 4 butter dishes &amp; seafood forks.<br><br>Measures 13" x 10". VI 78 marked on bottom.<br><br>Can be used for lobster, seafood salads, crab legs, chips &amp; dip, napkins, candy, etc.<br><br>Very popular during the late Victorian era and into the early 20th century.<br><br>Previously owned serving dish in excellent condition.
