What I gave for you is a gold tapestry garment brush that has a zippered compartment that was probably used to store a manicure set. Still in great vintage condition, zipper works well and has small signs if vintage use but still a beautiful piece for display. I so see one hole that isn’t filled by the brush bristles but just the one. The maker is unknown as is the country. Please see all pics as they are a part of the description
