This is a beautiful square watch from around 1950. Made by Supre, it's in great condition and is meant to work without a battery. You're supposed to turn the knob to crank it. Note: Although everything moves correctly, I don't know if it turns on because I didn't want to mess with it too much, not knowing exactly what I'm doing. Turning the dial counterclockwise seems to add tension as you hear many silent clicks. It doesn't want to turn the other way but if you pull it out, you can adjust the time.
