Sylvanian Families Babblebrook Grange - House With Magical Fountain - Vintage Collector's Item. Released in 2007. Epoch Japanese Edition.The Babblebrook Grange is a three-story family house with a roof that folds out to create a roof terrace. The traditional front porch has a swing seat. Note: The garden and fountain are NOT included with purchase. One side of the balcony doors are broken, you can put them in place but cannot open/close that side. There is a glue spot on the second-floor terrace (see pictures). Two railings are missing. Sold as-is. Untested.Includes: Babblebrook Grange, swing seat, 3 ladders, 2 flower planters, and bench.
