I believe it is Rockwell Tharp as it is identical down to every sequin placement but doesn't have the tag unfortunately. Retails for $995! Perfect for Swifties, music festivals, concerts, or just being extra every day! In fantastic condition. Purchased NWOT- I removed the care tag it had on but no other tag. Overall length approx 21", pit to pit 18.5" flat. Mannequin is a standard size 6 and it fit well and a little roomy on the waist.
