Maybe 1980s the code says 1986 someone correct me if I'm wrong. Good functional condition. 3/4" rachet made in U.S.A. snap-on brand with a removable handle. Everything works as it should. If you want a pretty mint tool this is not it. It is in used condition and has the full snap-on warranty so it's the same as having a new one just with the wear and little marks that come with time.
