Shaffer Framed by Art Masters.The Oil Painting is in near-excellent condition; it is probably near 60-70 years old or maybe more. His Art dates back from 1913 - 1987. His signed Artwork sells at $300 - $5k at online auctions with his Main work as Landscapes.The outside Frame says made in Mexico with the inner Frame detailing a burned maker's mark of Art Masters. This Frame is All wood and you can see that it is very detailed, although this frame does show some cosmetic vintage wear but does not contain any Major marks or dents, making this Vintage Frame Restoration Worthy. The nails on the canvas pretty much say this is probably 1930s - 1940s.The back of the Oil Painting/Canvas shows some Vintage wear, but the front is very clean, please see Photos.Dimensions: 19"x23".
