SCARCE Judy Garland SECOND SOUVENIR ALBUM on Decca Records number 349. Four 78-RPM records in G to VG condition. Released 1943. (Note: I do not grade 78s). SLEEVE: Still intact but needs careful handling. The top of the record insert spine has detached from the outer jacket. Lots of shelf/handling wear on edges and covers. The back cover is more worn than the front. RECORDS: Spot play tested only. “Zing Went the Strings of My Heart” was probably the most played of all sides. Other records that were play tested had typical scratchiness. No skips heard. NOT all records were play tested. *Selling as is with no returns accepted unless I have grossly misrepresented the items.*
