NOS 1980’s California blue license plates. Matching pair on aluminum base. Both plates are almost perfect, minor scuffs from storage. Issued but don’t appear to have ever been mounted. See photos for condition.These can be used for the YOM (Year of Manufacture) program but only for 1980 vehicles with the proper 1980 sticker. The program does not go past 1980 yet. A rare find for vintage car enthusiasts and collectors!
