First edition, second printing hardcover copy of Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace (Little Brown & Company, 1996). Very rare early printing of this acclaimed literary masterpiece, DFW’s magnum opus. Jacket is protected in a new archival sleeve but with some very faint shelf wear around the edges. Boards are straight and clean but with corners slightly bumped. Text block sags slightly at the top of the book and binding material is faintly visible in the gutter of the title page. Spine is straight and binding remains firm on the whole. Remainder mark to top outer edge of text block, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked.
