It's a clay ceramic pot and lid designed to distribute heat evenly and retain moisture to roast potatoes (or chestnuts) to taste as though they came from the campfire - dark and crisp on the outside and golden and fluffy on the inside.Exquisitely crafted in high-quality terracotta with a beautiful speckled peach and gray exterior. This elegant stovetop dish is in great pre-owned condition, as seen in photos. It is marked on the base with "Thomas Germany."
