Beautiful polished English pewter lidded tankard in the style of a 17th century tappit hen. Produced in the early part of the 20th century for Liberty &amp; Co London . Stamped on the bottom.<br>Shows age appropriate signs of wear, especially considering the soft nature of the metal..some corrosion on the inside.<br>Please pay close attention to ALL the photographs as they are part of the description, show examples of the wear noted above. Approx 9in tall, and 4 in diameter at the base.<br>Weighs 1.7lb before packaging.
