Almost antique winking Santa Claus chalkware figure in wonderful condition!Hand-painted. Slot in back and rubber plug in the bottom of his left foot (intact). Approximately 19” tall by 9 inches wide, about 20 pounds.Chip on one boot heel and some flea bites on his coat (as pictured). Pipe is in great condition.Maker mark on belt: Creative Co., PA. Roman numerals and a date (1929 or 1979) on the belt.
