Antique German China head doll, circa 1860s, often referred to as a "Mad Girl" or "Sad Lady." Condition is as shown in photos. Please review photos carefully as they are a large part of the description. Sold as-is.16" China doll with a floral pink dress in good condition (all snaps are working). Undergarments are yellowed due to age and storage. Clothing may be darker/yellowed.There is a cracked piece on her chest. She has survived the Civil War era! I have not attempted to restore or clean the item. You will receive it exactly as found, securely wrapped in bubble wrap.I was told that this doll is German from the 1860s (I am not an expert on antique dolls, so please look closely at the photos).The doll has a ceramic head, shoulders, hands, and feet, with a stuffed fabric body, arms, and legs.
