Antique Coalport serving bowl featuring a burgundy and cream design with raised gold trim and a gold beaded edge. Marked D.B. Bedell & Co NY. Date for Coalport mark is 1881 to 1931. Item #10195.Bowl measures 9 7/8 inches across the fluted rim and is approximately 1.50 inches deep.Porcelain is white with a cream interior. The bowl has a six-sided burgundy shape with a cream center and a flat gold dotted outer edge. Gold is painted on the burgundy, with much of it raised. Some gold inside the bottom of the bowl shows slight wear; flowers and flourishes are painted gold.No chips, cracks, damage, or crazing. The bottom rim may be slightly dirty or worn.
