Platinum front features a prong-set small round periwinkle color stone (sapphire, blue topaz, or amethyst - unsure).14K yellow gold back with a sturdy pin and closer. The slight sparkle comes from the filigree cuts on the gold.Jeweler tested for gold content and acid tested. There are hard-to-read letters and numbers, but no clear stamp or signature.Approx. 2 1/2" L x 1/4" W, Approx. 3.65 grams.
