Antique 1917 Elgin Porcelain Face Nickel Silver Pocket Watch with 7 Jewels. Serial number 19544117. Beautiful antique Elgin nickel silver pocket watch with open porcelain face and blue hands. There's a face cover taped to the front of the watch but it doesn't appear to belong with this watch, but this is how it was obtained. There appears to be a bezel for the front glass which is missing. The caseback is a plain design. The inside is stamped Star W.C. Co Nickel 244880. The case measures 50.1mm in diameter, 60.9mm tall from crown to bottom and 17.9mm thick. The crown winds and the hands and movement ticks. Not guaranteed to keep time. Sold As-Is, Untested.
