Antique 1800s Austro-Hungarian 800 Silver Gold Gilt Natural Gemstones Pendant. Excellent antique condition with some rubbing of gold vermeil overlay.Features Austro-Hungarian hallmarks, purity mark, and maker's mark on the smaller bail; difficult to make out apart from the town hallmark P for Pest (Budapest) and 4 indicating at least 750 silver. Dating between 1867-1872.Extensively tested and guaranteed to be solid silver testing in the 800 range (see acid test results). Gemstones are all natural and include bright green emeralds, pyrope garnets, an amethyst, genuine seed pearls, and mother-of-pearl drops.Hand done etching, twisted rope filigree, and metal work.
