1940s Blue Tlaquepaque Mexican Folk Art Sugar &amp; Creamer made in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico. The pieces are hand-painted with pastoral scenes featuring figures and animals. The colors are bright with no fading. The style is often referred to as "Tlaquepaque tourist pottery.”<br><br>The sugar bowl has a lid and two handles, and the creamer is a pitcher-style vessel.<br><br>In good vintage condition. There are a couple of age related chips on the bottom rims as shown in the photos.<br><br>I pack all fragile items in double or heavy duty boxes and use lots of bubble wrap.
