Vintage 10k Gold Heart Necklace encrusted with Diamonds. Solid stamped 10k white gold with yellow gold detailing. The heart is encrusted/covered in natural earth mined diamonds. Round brilliant cut diamonds with tons of sparkle. Chain is also solid stamped 10k and is yellow gold and 18 inches long. Pendant is about an inch long.
